Submitting an abstract as a  E-poster

Abstract submission will start in June 2021.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR: WRITING ABSTRACTS 

– abstract should be written in English
– abstract length: max 500 words
– the name of the author who will present the paper should be written in capital letters
– author and co-author’s last name and initials of the first name should be written without titles
– please indicate author and co-author’s name of institution, city, and country
– please write the author’s e-mail address
– original abstracts will not be edited – linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the author

If your abstract is accepted as a  E-poster

What is an E-Poster?
An e-poster is an electronic version of the traditional boards. The e-poster may include text, figures, and images, as well as video.

All posters will be on the ENEA website during the program and will be viewable at any time.

 

Your poster must respect the following presentation:

E-Posters UPLOAD in .jpg / .png format:

– E- poster dimensions 1920×1080 pixel (landscape)
– please do not use a font smaller than 10pt
– file size needs to be less than 20MB
– deadline for the upload is November 30, 2021

E-Posters UPLOAD in PowerPoint format

– E-Poster is represented on only ONE slide

-E-Poster dimension 50,80 x 25,35 cm.

– please do not use a font smaller than 10pt
– file size needs to be less than 20MB
– only 1 poster per abstract is permitted
– E-Posters cannot include audio and video files, including animations

Do not forget to mention the conflicts of interest (if any) on your poster.

 

A selection of the best posters will be awarded. The poster prizes will be announced on Saturday, December 11, 2021.

 

You will be able to display your poster from Thursday, December 9, until Saturday, December 11, 2021. All posters have to be displayed during the whole Workshop, on the boards available in the exhibition hall thanks to the reference number that you received in the notification e-mail.

Your poster must respect the following presentation:

• Presentation in portrait mode

• Size: Height: 120 cm. Width: 80 cm. Format: A0

• Setting: Blu-tack or double-sided tape (for wooden boards)

• Posters can be displayed in one or more units

Do not forget to mention the conflicts of interest (if any) on your poster.

A guided tour of the posters is scheduled on Friday, December 10, 2021, from 14:15 to 15:00. You are requested to be next to your poster during this session to present it and reply to the questions.

A selection of the best posters will be awarded. The poster prizes will be announced on Saturday, December 11, 2021, at 13:00. We need the authors to be there during this awards ceremony.
